You can be confident that when you purchase from Treasured Friend Memorials that you will be satisfied or you may return the item within 30 days minus a 20% restocking fee.  This applies to non custom Items such as Caskets, Urns and Keepsake Jewelry that has not been personalized and has not had your pet's cremains placed in it.  ANY custom order that has been custom made, inscribed, or has had your pet's cremains placed inside, may not be returned.   Returns on non-custom items will be accepted within 30 days and and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus anyshipping charges and the 20% restocking fee. 

SHIPPING:

Shipping of an in-stock non-custom order will normally be shipped within 5 days of when your order is received.  Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time i.e. Holidays, seasons, large orders, out-of-stock items etc.  If you are requesting as rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please call or e-mail us for current shipping prices and times for particular products and locations. We DO ship internationally, please contact us with your zip code and phone number so we can accurately calculate the shipping charges and estimated delivery time. 

Any item that has been damaged in shipping may be returned for exchange, if you return it within 7 days of receipt.

We will ship UPS ground for the jewelry, caskets, and urns.  The Mantle Memorials and Headstones that are laser etched will be also be shipped UPS.  Some overnight and 2-day express products will be shipped by Fed Ex.

TAXES:

There are no taxes on products purchased outside the State of Idaho.  If you live within the State of Idaho, there is a 6 % tax on all items purchased.

CANCELLATIONS:

Since we try to ship your order within 24 hours after we have received it, we ask that all cancellations be made with 24 hours after you place your order.  If your order has already been shipped, all shipping, handling, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.  Customers are reponsible for the shipping charges back to Treasured Friend Memorials on a return.
